At Castelli Marble, we take pride in the quality of our natural stone products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the stone products you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Shipping

  Securely pack the items in their original crates or packaging, ensuring that all marble tiles or slabs are properly cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label and arrange for a pickup or drop-off with the designated freight carrier, as natural stone requires specialized handling.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned materials for damage and confirms they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
